Interactive Voice Response Leads (IVR)
IVR leads are mortgage holders who responded to the mail piece by calling in and verifying their information using the phone prompt system. Often they are persons who would not take time to mail back a form, and they tend to be more exclusive, less likely to have competitive agents.
IVR leads are "A" Leads. You will set appointments with 80-100% of those you contact.
IPL leads are responders who dialed in to the prompt system and did not complete all of the verifications. This can happen for a number of reasons, from an interruption to the call to the client called hoping to get removed from mailings. On the IPL leads you will set appointments with 1 in 4 of those you contact.
